Alexia Morris has a true passion for exercise and is dedicated to helping you enjoy a more active and healthy life.
She values her clients and as a result is able to provide each individual with personalised attention, support, motivation and ongoing encouragement as they commit to making exercise a part of their life.
As a mother of three teenage daughters, she truly understands the demands of a busy life and how difficult it can be to find the time for regular exercise. With this insight, Alexia is able to gently encourage her clients to make health, fitness and well being a priority, helping them to appreciate the importance of 'looking after number ONE' so that they are fit and well to care for the others in their lives.
With more than 20 years experience in the fitness industry, which has included the training of Fitness Instructors, she modifies her programs and offers a variety of fitness classes to suit all levels, from older adults and those recovering from injury through to participants wanting a strong workout.
Alexia has been presenting the Gartlan Centre Fitness Classes for many years and has built a loyal following of people who enjoy the professional and friendly atmosphere she creates. Each member is given the personalised attention that they require in order to meet their fitness goals.
Her contributions to community health have been recognized by the Australian Sports Medal Award and the Lane Cove Council Citizenship Award.
In 2008, Alexia joined forces with Nutritionist Kathryn Elliott in a new business- Balance2health. Together they provide small group Pilates Classes, Personal Training and Nutrition consultations and workshops.
