PERSONAL TRAINING-Balance2health
Sessions range form 30 - 45 minutes. Achieve improved overall fitness, strength and conditioning, core strength and stabilisation and flexibility. Personal Training is also highy effective when recovering from injury, illness or for those who have had a break from regular exercise. Sessions are tailored to meet the goals of the individual.
