Sessions range from 30 minutes, 45 minutes and one hour. Achieve improved overall fitness, strength and conditioning, core strength and stabilisation and flexibility. Personal Training is also highy effective when recovering from injury, illness or for those who have had a break from regular exercise. Sessions are tailored to meet the goals of the individual.
